i generally work with smart and i have programmed thousand times sam and key for smart, but for me is first time that i see key infra like this in picture . i thought to replace sam and key with RF (radio frequency) but is impossible to programming sam ( with same numbers + key RF ), i got a kit from an other car already programmed and doesn't work.i don't know why
today I upgraded ML 320 MY2008 not facelift with the latest version of software for instrument cluster. First I had to deal with non working fuel gauge but somehow fixed it with the coding ( I had error no communication from rear SAM). But after flashing consumption is not working, nothing is shown, only average speed and tank liters. It seems the software is from facelift but somehow xentry automatically installed it on pre face. Is there any explanation of all SCN coding that I can do with Launch or any fix for the consumption ? Xenon modules are also not accessible and I think to disconnect one by one from the headlights to check if one is alive. Maybe again coding leads to the inoperability of the modules. HRA module is also not accessible - strange Please help
HI GUYS, please advise if immo off possible, if so, which eeprom memory files are needed. this ecu has thick glue that i might have to remove, in order to access the eeprom, so, it would be great if i am shown position of eeprom too.
I purchased brand new conductor plate for my Ml350 A000270260080 and I had bright idea of taking my car to dealer. They refused to install new conductor plate due to the fact old one was dead. I paid for new valve body, now where I can sell my brand new part.

DAS and WIS works for my Smart now, though EPC is still missing. I need to know which DVD I need to load, can you help?
Just a side-question: what would be the best StarDiag/DAS/Xentry-release for a Smart 452 with offline-programming of the ECU, KI & SAM? Is there a "last version" I should look for? The desktop-background says 09/2015, though not sure if that's really true, hence the question above how to identify.
i have issue with sterling truck having mbe 906 engine and allison 3000/4000 wtec3 transmission. its 2006 year. problem is that when unit is loaded RPM wont go up to 1200-1300 and truck wont move. when we keep acc. pedal pressing then rpm start going up to 2000 after 30 second and unit start moving. unit start moving at 1600 rpm when its loaded dats too high rpm. its dump truck. when unit is empty then it have no problem its work fine. it shift good. this have no code. i did check with allison software. did check air to air. good, check engine blow by . good. check turbo exhaust brake side for restriction .seems good.send truck to allison specialist. they told me that they found tps code. customer replaced sensor by himself. before sending unit for checkup to Allison i did check tps postion in allisonn software . it was moving from 0 to 98 % means good. i dont know how its possible that there is no code in my software but they found code for tps. problem is still there even after replacing tps . i did disconnect inlet speed sensor pigtail and found code for it. so means diag software is connecting properly.. thsi one have no throttle cable to adjust its length.this have only 3 sensors on out body. inet speed, vss and fluid temp. did check fluid level good. customer did service 2 months before and replaced fluid and filters.
any help will be appreciated. iam not allison guy so need yours help to solve problem. seems like torque converter to me. but i dont know the exact way to check torque conv.?
