hey guys . i have a issue with a 871 . driver told me that he have code of high crank cases pressure and his coolant stay around 200-220f
so i tryed i asked the driver to remove the hoses between the gear cover and cc filter so he can comeback to the shop without that stop engine light .
driver call me back ad told mde that since he remove the hoses his coolant temps are back to normal .
tryed to figure out the lin between thoses two but i have no clue .
anyone have an idee about that ?

I picked up this little gem after waiting patiently to find one. Its an older device made by drewtech originally called the avit, now referred to as the avit1. It is an interface but also runs linux under the hood so t can be configured to run scripts or perform processes. It has onboard wifi, rs232 serial, a 15 pin d style port for the vehicle cable and a 25 pin d port with various i/o properties at the connector. I took the pcb out and took some pictures but Im having trouble posting them. I know as a standalone its not much under the hood, but it should run a web server. Its got a 2 gig cf card inside it and Im curious to see what its been configured for. One idea I had was to leave the device with a shop and let them just plug it in to a car and remote in to it and check for calibration updates etc. Or write a script to do it for me and notify me via the web server. It is pass thru programmer but ot only supports can and j1850. Let me know what you guys think. I mean with a usb modem I could at least use it for remote diagnostics or real time flight recorder and remote into it and pull the data at my leisure. All ideas welcome

I trying to read info from volvo D12 ecu,i am using PTT 2016,and communication adopter dearborn dpa4 plus software version 2.20,when i run adopter validation tool it shows good communication but as soon as i connect with VOLVO PTT it does not connect,it shows that the adopter version is 2.20 which is not recommended by VOLVO PTT,The recommended version is 1.31,i did installed the 1.31 VOLVO PTT still DOES NOT CONNECT and shows same message please help me how i can solve this problem.
Hello everyone, I have a rare case. In a Mercedes Benz, I had a seat occupancy sensor fault, it was replaced and it leaves a fault. But now the airbag light is always flashing. According to the official workshop it is necessary to reprogram the ecu, but not with download, replacing the ecu with a new one. I see it a little strange to change an occupancy sensor to have to change the ECU.
This is a Bosch 0 285 010 164, with dump CR16.
I was able to make a reading but I had no impact to have this behavior.
Did someone happen to you in that kind of ecu?
Since the facelift of the Audi A6 4G it's not possible to activate the hidden menu with vcds.
Do someone know if there is some kind of script or anything like that to activate it?

The control unit on the diagnostic comes out, the CPU using Ktag unreadable, soldered Board and read EEPROM. The problem seems to be in it, who can improve?

Hello. Can stage 2 be done on opel astra j with 163bhp from factory? For now the car is at 200-205 hp with dpf on, and will be getting the dpf off, so maybe some extra bhp can be made, like 220 or there about? transmission is manual. f40.
