Hi, long time lurker but new to joining the forum. Thanks again to everyone for the help over the years! 
I recently purchased a VCDS 12.12 Interface Never Locked from a popular chinese clone website. I have not seen any talk about it, so I figured I'd share some pictures of the internals.

No GAL/ATF Chip
First impressions: Poor soldering. ATMEGA Chip appears to be oversprayed (counterfeit??).
xxxROSSTECH software included. I have not tested it yet with the cracked software, but I will post my experiences here.

can you help me with this question ?
What can I use for an anti dust and water resist safe when I open and close ECU ? In my EDC15 there is original black-grey something like silicon but consistency is like chewing gum. Do you know what is it or what can I use ? I am afraid silicon is not elastic like original so I think if I use silicone it may be problematic to open in the future.

I was trying reading by stupid FVDI
I reflash 29alv400bb with new virgin software same problem !!!
Any help ???
If I get onther BSI can I pair it with engine controller ???

Can anyone tell me if the USAprog tool is worth the money?
What can it do and what can't it do, programmer/scanner wise?
It seems like a good tool to adjust odometer mileage in North American vehicles.
Can I reprogram VIN information into used donor modules, such as speedo, odometer and various auto computers in respective vehicles?
I would like more information as to ways I can make money with this tool.
I would appreciate any additional information you are willing to share on this tool, including alternate recommendations.
