hi colleagues, this ford focus 1.6 tdci 80kw, car already has stage 1 egr dpf off, but starting with the first gear the car is struggling to walk, it doesn't have much power, can someone do something better? the machine mounts new turbine and sports air filter

Dear Respected Members,
I have been finding the need to have the ability more often to be able to flash, code, and configure various Mercedes-Benz Control Units outside the vehicle. Aside from the obvious (good clean 12V-based power, OBD2 male/female connectors, Vediamo, etc.) I feel it would be a great asset to the members (as well as myself) to share what they find is an ideal bench setup to diagnose and carry out functions on engine ECUs, ISMs, TCUs, EZSs, IC/KI, and any other MB Control Unit that needs to be interrogated or programmed on the bench.
From my reading, some modules need to traverse a CGW to operate properly and can possibly be accessed by DAS, and Vediamo can in many cases simplify this procedure providing a direct connection to the Control Unit in question. It would be good to document when a CGW is required, must one be used from the chassis of the Control Unit being examined, or can CGWs function on multiple chassis designations?
For members that do not currently have such a setup in their workshop, I feel this would dramatically increase the versatility and efficiency in diagnosis and virginizing of control units in the workshop and I have yet to see a good document on this subject (if you know of one feel free to link to it or attach it here).
Therefore, I kindly request that if we could can perhaps post the configuration, components needed, and even photo attachments of your bench setup to carry out your work on CAN, K-Line, and other devices on the bench, and whether specific resistors such as a 120 ohm resistor is generally needed to access modules, or if a CGW is required for proper bench access.
I intend on constructing my own ideal and universal bench workstation to carryout the most common tasks I may run across, as well as unusual situations where access is needed on the bench.
For example, from my understanding, Vediamo (and very likely DTS Monaco) will provide a more direct connection to the Control Unit in question in many (most?) cases bypassing the need for a CGW and please correct me anywhere I am wrong in this post and in future posts as my intention is to make this thread/document as accurate as possible.
As an example, what would be needed to use DAS on the bench to connect to an engine ECU if one desired to perform an Initial Startup of a virgin engine ECU, pull down the current software from Daimler for programming, followed by an automatic SCN process to apply the appropriate Version Coding according to Daimler for the VIN of the destination vehicle of the control module?
I would like to see this thread contributed to on an ongoing basis land we discover tips and tricks to give us more capabilities, make our jobs easier and more efficient, and help other members in the community.
As I put together a bench workstation using my own research and of course what I learn here, I will update this thread according and share the information.
I also encourage users of not only Vediamo, DTS, DAS/Xentry, but also of other diagnostic instruments such as AVDI and others that provide benefit when used on the bench.
I hope this sparks the sharing of information on this topic to benefit all MHH members.

Ford B-MAX crash delete. First time i have done one of these. Can somebody please check i have done it correctly.
