i renew 95080 via AVDI but it can not working.

Hey, can someone just raise the boost limiter on this map, the map goes well but the car hits limp because of the larger turbo fitted, needs boost limiter raised, thanks.

What would be the best cat sis to download for machine pre 2013, just got the cat downloaded and up and running might aswell get the cat sis aswell!

Code 9100 the instrument cluster no longer transmitting over the engine can data bus status "can bus off"

Would anyone have a virgin file for an MSV70 ecu so I can flash it with KTAG to second hand ecu and then program with ISTAP. I have no problem paying a professional for there services
Old ecu is water damaged beyond reading with BDM
Attached is kessktag slave read if anyone could help id be very grateful. it also appears kessktag reads and compresses the file to a different size (I think?) oh and I have no avdi and no way to read cas in case anyone suggests this method

Hi guys,
I'm hoping someone can confirm or deny my diagnosis. one of our Volvo d13 units came back last week with 800,000km behind it. The coolant level was low and the top of the rad was wet. It turned out that the system was pushing coolant out of the blow-off/overflow on top of the expansion tank. I opened the coolant tank to find large pressures building even when the engine is cold and a constant stream of foamy bubbles coming from the small return line going into the header tank. When the engine is given a rev the level in the tank drops and when the engine is reduced to idle or stopped a gurgling can be heard. This truck has always run cool, after a long climb and upon getting back to the flat the temperature would drop to maybe 65c, but never found this to be a problem.
The first test i conducted was a combustion gas test in the header tank, which did show small amounts of Co2.
I then made a cylinder balance test and compression test and the results were as follows:

There is no trace of water in the oil and no smell of diesel in the coolant, although it did seem a little slippy, but definitely not enough to smell.
The driver also complains about random momentary loss in power, usually after a long easy ride on the flat, the beginning of the hill will have a power drop in which time the engine will run rough, like its out of diesel. there was one fault related to this which had occurred twice; which was a fuel system supply pressure, mechanical system not responding correctly.
I took the return line off and run it through a coke bottle and let the engine idle, straight away it started to show bubbles in the return. I have attached a video of this.
I cant seem to find any trace of coolant in the exhaust and from what i can understand the only loss of coolant is through the overflow/pressure relief when the water level surges.
My question is, if it was a single injector cup issue would this be noticible in a compression or balancing test? i can only think its not the head gasket because there is no cross contamination of oil and water and no sign of the coolant in the exhaust.
Maybe someone with experience of this issue can shed some light. Look forward to getting some opinions.

W210 died and the starter doesn't rotate anymore. Glow light doesn't light either. Every other lights on cluster works. At first car could die suddenly but it always started again when the key was turned but it doesn't anymore. Any other control units except sam and ezs don't get power. So I can't read fault codes from them but ezs gives code about faulty can communication between tgs4. What does this mean? All the values on ezs are ok except that. Immo isn't on and system sees that the key is turned to the start position. Does anyone have a wiring diagram so I could see which way does those units get their power? By the way fuses are ok

Hey to all...
I decoded per Volta at this file the dpf at a 530d EDC16.
But it smokes white out of the exhaust, which is a sign for not decoded DPF.
Can anyone check if the Dpf is off at the file?
I post the tuned and the and the tuned dpf off file.
