    • Hi, Is there a way to read old DQ250 (with MPC ecu)? I tried with kess v2 with direct connexion on TCU and I get an error. I've heard about eobd1300 and mini DSG reader, do one of them being able to read these kind of TCU?

    Trying to find some answers to the following questions...

    -How does one find the right TCM for their application? I have a 6.7L cummins and allison 1000 6-speed, 4x4 so need low range compensation, also need secondary shift schedule, I want to use J1939 for throttle position and rpm. Do I just have to find a vehicle with similar attributes and work backwards to find the TCM part number? Does anyone know of a part number that might work for me without having to do a lot of searching for a similar truck?

    -Will Allison DOC software (ver 14) allow me to manipulate any of the CAN bus data? I have a document from Allison that explains all of the features that can be controlled or monitored via CAN and it says that you can configure this data to some extent, I'm assuming, in the DOC software???

    -How much editing is allowed in the DOC software? Can I change shift points at will and enable/disable things freely or are there limitations?

    I haven't used the DOC software before but I need to be sure it can do the things I want to do before I pay for it. Thanks in advance!

    Hello guys!

    I'm currently working on a 2003 3.0 V6 petrol manual Touareg.
    It has a problem with cruise control - it gets only switched on in dash for a moment while pressing the on/off button. All the buttons work fine, brake and clutch switches also, no fault codes or nothing. Owner of the vehicle says that the fault appeared after ecu chipping (guess not a very reliable one).

    Has anyone had a similar problem after remap?
    Anyone capable in helping me with that issue?
    I can get the maps from the ecu for checking if needed. Or does anyone have a original bin for that vehicle?
